30days Exchange & Return Policy

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order,or not in love etc.), please contact us within 30days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved

then you can return the item to us with the order number on the packaging(The order number is very important on the packaging,because we need to return your money accroding the correct order number).Of course we will be sending a replacement if you accept this way( just please tell us what new item you need). Please do not return anything before we review the case,our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions.

goinflight reserves the right to refuse any return request, if the return is caused by malicious competitive business practices.

Disclaimer:You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(Unless the item quality has problems).

Return&Exchange Service Procedure:

1.Please login to your goinflight account and locate the order you are not satisfied with.

2.Please contact goinflight support.Please select the service type, either an Exchange or Refund. Choose the specificitem and describe theissues that have caused the need for a refund/exchange. Please upload your original prescription if you have a prescription issue.Fordamaged/defective item, pictures are also necessary.

3.Once we received your request, your exclusive Customer Service representative will email you back to rectify the issue with 24 hours(48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you don’t hear back from us prior to chasing us up as it might have gone into thisfolder. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service representative.

My item were damaged on arrival. What can I do?

We will take full responsibility for Damaged item problems and we can remake exchange it for free or offer a full refund.Please contact us immediately, and provide us with your order number, item number, along with pictures of the damaged item.

The item received are not what I ordered!

We will take full responsibility if we have not fulfilled your order according to your order details: prescription, item (color, and style). If the prescription is incorrect, please send us a photo of your original prescription, along with the order number,and item number. If you received the wrong item, please send us a photo of it, along with your order number and item number.

I received item with missing parts or defects.

If you received item with missing, please send us a photo, along with your order number and item number.If your glasses have defects, please send us photos of defects, along with your order number, and item number.If you are missing item or the item have little defects that will not affect normal wear, and you’d like to acceptthe item, we can send you a voucher or partial-refund as compensation.

YOUR LIABILITY

The item size is too big for me, so I can not wear.

Working out the right item size is a common issue when purchasing item online. Contact us within 30 days of receiving these original item. You only need to order a new item single with the corrcet prescription from goinflight, then we will send the corrcet item to you.
